Mey Mey has worked in corporate commercial practice for around four years specialized in corporate related matters and provision of other general and specific legal advices on relevant business licenses, permits and approvals as requested by potential clients from time to time. 

She started her legal career as an associate in the corporate commercial practice group at a regional law firm based in Cambodia in 2018 before pursuing her master degree in international human rights law in Sweden in 2021. She mainly handled clients who seek assistance on company, business or licensing compliance matters, encompassing company registration, corporate secretarial, drafting and reviewing agreements as well as rendered legal memorandums on various matters ranging from general to comprehensive legal matters.

At Sethalay Law Office, Mey Mey has been assisting with various legal matters. She has been assisting and cooperating with relevant institutions in the drafting of consumer alternative dispute resolution guidelines for effective dispute resolution mechanisms for consumers in Cambodia. In addition to that, she has also assisted in conducting legal due diligence reports related to corporate matters and business licensing concerning the initial public offering companies on the security exchange market in Cambodia. Mey Mey has also been providing general corporate advice and reviewing agreements to ensure full compliance for businesses operating in Cambodia.
